I. General Provisions

(1). This site is in no way affiliated with any of the celebrities it currently holds. It is essentially a huge fan site.

(2). The services offered by Dating-Model.com are basically free of charge.

II. Upload Regulations

(1). Basically, users may send celebrity photos, images to Dating-Model.com irrespective of the file format or of the file contents. Excluded, however, are files the possession and/or circulation of which is illegal, such as:

    * - child pornography content,

    * - works the download of which violates third party copyrights;

    * - racist or violence-glorifying works,

    * - instructions to criminal offences against public peace.

   This list is not conclusive.

(2). Dating-Model.com will block access to such contents immediately after obtaining knowledge thereof and will delete them after an examination phase of 48 hours. Furthermore, it will delete files which are identical to previously deleted files.

(3). With regard to users who violate these upload regulations, Dating-Model.com is entitled to terminate the contractual relationship without notice , to block the access of the respective users to its services and/or to delete accounts of such users including all contents.

III. Affiliation

Dating-Model.com is not in any way affiliated with the celebrities and their profiles. Therein, none of the information comes directly from their mouth, making every bit of it second-hand. Second hand information can be misinterpreted. The information you find here on Dating-Model.com is not guranteed to be 100% correct, but the site does strive to bring the most factual information it can find.

IV. Miscellaneous

Some photos are licensed from REUTERS / WENN / RETINA / PRPHOTOS / APP / SHUTTERSTOCK / BIGSTOCK and other Celebrity Stock Photo sites. Some photos and information contained on this site are considered to be in the public domain, as they were found in various places on the Internet. Some pictures were edited, enhanced or otherwise modified to transform them into true desktop images.

This site in no way wishes to infringe on anyone's copyright. If you have found anything that you feel infringes on your rights it is requested that you send us a feedback and we will make sure that photos will be removed or altered to fit your conditions.

If you wish that the image should be completely taken off the website, kindly provide specific details of the Image URL(s) or Page URL(s) or if proper credits are missing we can always update the images as per the requirement.

Please be as detailed as possible when sending email, as to the picture number, the reasons why copyright has been violated, etc. We will be resolving any copyright matter.
